Nikolaos Liapis

Dr. Nikolaos Liapis is Supply and Operations Director in ELINOIL SA, as well as General Manager and Board Member of ELIN Shipping Company. He was a speaker in a considerable number of conferences on fuels, biofuels and shipping and has participated in research projects and publications. He was Chairman of the Biofuels Technology Platform Advisory Committee and Representative of the European Biodiesel Board (EBB) in Greece. He has been coordinator and member of various committees of Hellenic Petroleum Marketing Companies Association and a founding member of the Greek Association of Biofuel Producers. He is a Board Member of Hellenic Short-sea Ship-owners Association.
